FLIPPER’S serves authentic Japanese souffle pancakes. We are one of the most renowned souffle pancake destination in Japan, with a global presence across Singapore, New York, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Seoul.
Founded in Tokyo in 2014, our Japanese pancakes are made with artisanal precision, with each order prepared freshly on the spot to ensure they remain light and fluffy when served.
Our pancakes are also made with meticulously sourced ingredients, some direct from Japan. Premium Japanese eggs, quality butter and Japanese flour are some of the ingredients that make up FLIPPER’S precise Kiseki formula.
